My Freshman year
The project I chose to use for my Freshman English class is my reflective self essay. I chose this because it not only talks about the biggest project of the year in that class it took all five STEM qualities to finish the project and the essay shows you how the project helped me grow as a student and as a writer.
The project I chose for my Intro to engineering design class is the instructions I wrote on how to build a puzzle cube. The reason I chose this project was to show how engineering isn’t always about building things like bridges you could also be writing up instructions on how to use one of the things you built. This is something I took away from this class.

The project I chose for my Freshman Chinese class was a speaking test in which I got a ten out of ten on . This test involved knowing and being able to properly pronounce three different speaking points from three different points of views without help. This test may have only been ten points but took almost two hours to memorize because the test was not given with the paper of what we had to say on it and I feel it took a lot of persistence
The freshman project I picked for Algebra one was the Fibonacci sequence based on my birthday. I chose this project because it was something I enjoyed creating and also found to be a challenge as I struggled to understand the math. I had to use the persistence that STEM has given me to finish and I also had to use inquiry with my peers to make sure I fully understood and properly followed through with the project.
